Two Leading Senior Market Agencies – Golden Outlook and Excelsior – Merge to Form a New Golden Outlook

May 14, 2021

Excelsior Insurance Brokerage, Inc.’s Senior Market division and Golden Outlook Insurance Services — two of the country’s leading field marketing organizations with national broker footprints — are coming together under the Golden Outlook brand to offer a broad selection of Medicare products.

The new Golden Outlook will provide agents with access to enhanced tools, resources, and support to help them thrive. The new brand marries Golden Outlook’s medical group relationships and field marketing expertise with Excelsior’s proprietary quoting and enrollment technology, along with the service strength and rich carrier relationships both organizations bring with them.

The strength of Excelsior and Golden Outlook’s combined century of experience in senior market sales, individualized service and renewal support, tenured sales teams, carrier relationships, and product expertise will allow the new Golden Outlook to continue building a compelling portfolio for brokers and their clients.

“By aligning our two agencies that already share a results-oriented, broker-centric approach with a deep commitment to the agents and agencies we serve, we are poised to provide the technology and support they need to best leverage their time and expand their senior market business,” said Dan Garrison, Golden Outlook President.

“Golden Outlook and Excelsior share the same unwavering commitment to simplify and expand opportunities for senior market agents,” said Garrison. “These agents will now receive enhanced access to the technology, service, and training brokers need to best leverage their time to be able to expand their senior market business.”

Garrison continued, “We’re excited to continue Golden Outlook under the combined leadership of Scott Green and Michael Blea, Vice Presidents of Sales.”

To better represent the combined Golden Outlook, a new logo and brand identity will be launched early this summer.
